Adjacent Angles

Adjacent Angles:Let us learn about adjacent angles,the angle which has same vertex and the same sides is known as adjacent angle. In geometry, adjacent angles, often shortened as adj. s, are angles that have a common ray coming out of the vertex going between two other rays. In other words, they are angles that are side by side, or adjacent.Next we will learn about volume of a rectangle,we will learn now how to calculate the volume of a rectangle,write down the formula for calculating the volume of a rectangular prism. The formula is: volume equals length times width times height,measure the length of the rectangular prism if it is not given. Length of a rectangular prism is the longer edge of the object,measure the width of the rectangular prism. The width of a rectangular prism is the shorter edge of the object.Finally the formula is here Volume = length x width x height
V=lwh.

Hope you like the above example of Adjacent angles.Please leave your comments, if you have any doubts.
